Not an offer.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment, or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. AEC does not claim to be a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Any transaction would be made only through separate written documents with qualified counterparties.
Simulated results are not real results.
- All AECQS figures are simulated backtests prepared with the benefit of hindsight. They are not actual trading, not audited, and not investor returns or assets under management.
- No live or paper track record exists for AECQS configurations. A prospective test is planned but has no results.
- Settings and components were chosen on the same history, and many variants were tried. This creates a risk of overfitting; results on new data can be materially worse.
- Costs, slippage, market impact and margin are modeled, not measured from live fills. Capacity, margin and intraday liquidation feasibility are not verified.
- The drawdown limit is an objective measured on daily closes in a simulation. It is not a guarantee, and actual drawdowns could be larger. In a first-half/second-half check, second-half drawdowns exceeded the 16% limit.
- Equity data may carry survivorship bias. Figures can change as research continues, and corrections are made when errors are found; a prior volatility overlay was removed after a data-source error.
- Actual results would differ and could involve total loss.
Futures and leveraged trading.
Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk, can result in losses greater than the amount first committed, and is not suitable for everyone. Education from AEC does not guarantee results for any student.
Illiquid, local and uncertain.
- Property values, repair costs, financing, local regulation and buyer demand change and can eliminate profit on a deal.
- Wholesaling and property purchase rules vary by state. AEC operates where it believes it is permitted and uses licensed counsel for each jurisdiction.
- Private investments are illiquid, hard to value and can lose all value.
Buyer diligence is required.
Any sale or licence of AECQS intellectual property is made as is, on the buyer's own diligence, with no warranty of future performance. Validation measures, if any, are set out only in the signed agreement.
