AEC is owned and operated by Izaiah Cottle, founder and principal. The firm is a Georgia limited liability company. It invests its own capital and develops its own research; it is not a bank, a registered investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and this website is not an offer of securities (see Disclosures).

How we work
Evidence before claims.
- Every performance figure is labelled hypothetical when it is simulated, and is never presented as a live record.
- Research assumptions, costs and limitations are documented and disclosed alongside results.
- Material is shared with qualified counterparties under a non-disclosure agreement, with reproduction instructions for independent checking.
- Figures are revised when errors are found, and corrections are stated openly.
